What should i do to request Return/Refund?
Herer is detailed process to make a return/refund request,
Step 1-Contact us at support@wallscanvas.com or contact page, also please provide us order info. or shippping reveiver(possbile some photos are required).
You will be answered with in
Step 2-After request get approved, we will send you return address based on your location(we worked with some local warehouse and we will provide nearest one).
Step 3-packed cannvas you receive, and send back to appoint return address. Kindly please provide tracking no. for return.
Step 4- Refund will be made within 24-48 hour after we get return parcel with same way you make the payment.
Step 5- You will get notify emaill after we make refund. If it do not reach your account, contact us and we will provide transaction proof which could help you check with paypal/bank.
When should Return/Refund request bring up?
Return/Refund request should be brought up within 30 days after the parcel is signed
what should i provide to request Return/Refund?
If Return/Refund is brought up as following reasons,
-For damged/quality, please provide photos to clearly show the damge/quality point and photos for outside packing too.
-For wrong size, please provide photos which canvas under a measurement if possible, which help us to identify.
– For color problem, please provide photos which take under clear light, which help us to check.
If not, just do not like, please provide order info. to check Some of your thought/opinion would be grateful and helpful on our product and service improving
Can i get 100% refund for my Return/Refund request?
If damge/quality/wrong size cases which caused by our side, 100% refund will be made.
Or we have to charge certain shipping cost(around 30%- 50%) depends on shipping way and your addess.
When can I get refund?
Normally refund will be made within 24-48 hours after we get return parcel or refund request is confirmed.
It will take 1-2 days to proceed by bank/paypal, which is out of our control. So please be patient.
If you do not get it timely, please contact us immediately and we will provide transaction proof which help you check with bank/paypal.
who will undertake courier cost to return?
If damge/quality/wrong size cases which caused by our side, all return cost will be on us.
Or you will untertake return charge. We will provide nearest return address based on your location to lower this cost.
